We have our biggest numbers at ages 8-11. As boys/girls get older than 12, they seem to specialize in 1 or 2 sports. Although there are certainly exceptions, it is usually tough for a player to get involved in State Level competition after the age of 13/14. |

Cost varies by level. AA is about $200 - $215 which includes uniform but does not include summer tournaments or winter-time indoor. State Level fees vary even more depending on what uniform is selected by the team and what tournaments they choose to attend. Starting point is probably about $300 for the year and should top out at about $700. Many teams also get involved in fund-raising to help with costs. |

At tryouts we try to find a way for every kid who wants to play an opportunity to play. Playing time depends on ability and dedication to practice, etc. However, as a club, we encourage coaches, especially at the AA level to give players who consistently come to practice, an opportunity to play at least half of each match. Both have seasons that cover Fall and Spring competition. In addition, most teams practice and attend tournaments during the summer and some join indoor leagues in the winter. |

Some coaches may invite players to come and practice with the team to help them get ready for tryouts. That may be an option for your child. It is also possible, but not very likely, that a team could have a open spot if someone has moved or had a serious injury. You would need to contact each coach directly. Our Club Administrator could give you that information. His name is Vaughn and his home number is 768-8109. |
